font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Implements physical therapy services in accordance with plan of treatment developed by the PT and signed by the physician and planned, delegated and supervised by the RPT.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Collaborates with the RPT in measuring the client&rsquo;s functional level by applying appropriate tests and reporting results to PT.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Implements client care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client/family as directed by the Physical Therapist.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provides clear direction to clients during visits and communicates goals for the next visit.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Observes &amp; documents the effectiveness of the interventions on the physical therapy visit report &amp; reports to PT.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Confers with RPT for referrals to internal and external community resources to meet client outcomes when appropriate.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Treats clients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments, modalities and procedures as stated in the physical therapy plan of care.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Teaches and supervises the client and family regarding alternative techniques to complete activities of daily living, proper transfers &amp; positioning.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Instructs and advises clients, family and other health team personnel including, when appropriate, home health aides, in certain phases of physical therapy in which they may assist the client;
