This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious attorney to grow their career in a dynamic and rapidly expanding firm.</p><p>As an Associate at BERDING|WEIL, you will work directly with clients, have a dedicated Partner who will mentor and support your professional development, and gain the tools you need to build a successful practice. We&rsquo;re looking for a collaborative, adaptable, and driven attorney who thrives in a team environment and is eager to take on increasing responsibilities.</p><p>We value attorneys who are excellent communicators, possess a sharp analytical mind, and excel at organizing and prioritizing tasks. Experience in construction defects is a plus, but not required.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant legal experience (construction defect experience is a plus)</li><li>Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high standard of quality in all tasks</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor</li><li>A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow</li><li>California Bar membership in good standing</li><li>Trial experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Experience with community association law is a bonus</li><li>Comfort with mediation, dispute resolution, and litigation, including depositions and discovery</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><p>Position is full-time, exempt.
