We're looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Lube and Tire Technician to dive into a role that offers both growth opportunities and a chance to make a real impact on our team!</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Purpose of the Position:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Requires the ability to perform light maintenance and repairs which include lube, oil, and filter changes, balancing and rotation of tires and flushing cooling systems and is an entry-level position.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Essential Job Functions:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Inspects vehicle fluid levels, replenishes as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Checks tire pressure and adds air if needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Road tests vehicles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Keeps shop area neat and clean.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Reports any safety issues immediately to management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Other tasks as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Physical Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Moving about the dealership to complete auto service and repair</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Using hand and/or power tools and equipment consistent with industry standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Standing for 6 to 9 hours in a shift</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Normal color vision and depth perception.
