Description
This role provides Florence Dealers (Sales Channel Partners) with a strong customer service experience to support our overall sales program. In addition to Dealers, the team assists end users and influencers such as architects involved in centralized mailbox projects. Dealers range from independent specialty businesses to large national retailers, each operating with unique business models. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) manage assigned partner accounts, delivering personalized support while following established policies and procedures. Success in this role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments including Sales, Quality, Shipping, and Scheduling.
