based on skills, location, schedules, client preferences and similar factors.</li><li>Communicate pertinent show information via email, text, R3, and phone calls to Show Technicians, Freelance Contract Labor and any other required personnel. &nbsp;</li><li>Be in rotation for OnCall labor support coverage.</li><li>Act as the company&rsquo;s contracting agent for Freelance Contract Labor. &nbsp;Negotiate rates and terms as needed following LMG&rsquo;s standard guidelines and practices. &nbsp;</li><li>Research and confirm travel logistics, prepare independently or work from travel request forms, determine pricing for all travel elements, and obtain approval.</li><li>Review Live Event Quotes and utilize database reports to check for accuracy. &nbsp;Work closely with Show Services and other Departments to coordinate show details.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-top: 0px;
