    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<table>\n <tbody>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p>\n    <p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested, calibrated and problems are resolved in a timely manner.</li>\n     <li>Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair and train customers on the safe and proper operation of NOV products.</li>\n     <li>Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system.</li>\n     <li>Communicate field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments.</li>\n     <li>Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.</li>\n     <li>Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.</li>\n     <li>Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.</li>\n    </ul>\n    <p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n     <li>Microsoft Office knowledge is required.</li>\n     <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints required.</li>\n     <li>Mechanical / Welding experience 2 years required, 3-5 years preferred).</li>\n     <li>Hydraulic / Pneumatic troubleshooting experience 2 years required, 3-5 years preferred).</li>\n     <li>Basic electronics knowledge required.</li>\n     <li>Knowledge of oil and gas field components preferred.</li>\n    </ul>\n    <p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.&nbsp; Must be able to pass DOT driving background check and physical – must be capable of achieving NOV driver status for vehicles over 10,001 lbs.</li>\n     <li>Must be able to pass “SMAW, 3G and 4G weld test prior to employment</li>\n     <li>Must be able to travel for extended periods of time (2-3 weeks)</li>\n     <li>On-call as needed.</li>\n     <li>Employee provides basic tools.</li>\n     <li>Work in harsh environments including rain, snow, heat, and heights in excess of 100 feet.</li>\n     <li>Work in limited spaces.</li>\n     <li>Requires standing 95% of the workday.</li>\n     <li>Must be able to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects and tools.</li>\n     <li>Requires repetitive movements.</li>\n     <li>Requires bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.</li>\n     <li>Requires lifting of up to 50 lbs.</li>\n     <li>Requires pushing and pulling objects.</li>\n    </ul>\n    <p><strong>COMPETITIVE BENEFITS:</strong>&nbsp;(visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information about our benefits offerings)</p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>401(k) Retirement Plan – NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest.</li>\n     <li>Competitive medical plans that are effective your date of hire.
