At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Start-Up Technician is responsible for the assembly, start-up and testing of complex equipment and systems, performing skilled technical work in the installation maintenance, repairs, of heating, air conditioning and plumbing equipment, controls and distribution systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Verifies equipment is assembled according to project guidelines and all test devices are installed properly.</li>\n <li>Start-up of hydronic systems including chilled water, heating hot water, domestic hot water, steam systems and associated pumps, reliefs and hydronic accessories.</li>\n <li>Startup and diagnostics of HVAC and plumbing equipment.</li>\n <li>Tests run equipment and systems, as well as, troubleshoot to verify proper performance.</li>\n <li>Contributes to project team success by accomplishing needed results.</li>\n <li>Assists temperature controls contractor in verifying system meets project requirements.</li>\n <li>Assists in development and training of other team members.</li>\n <li>Adhering to project quality control requirements.</li>\n <li>Follows safety rules/procedures and avoid known hazards in the work environment.</li>\n <li>Reviews safety procedures before beginning each job with known hazards.</li>\n <li>Places avoidance of injury or property damage above all other job requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years' experience assembling and installing HVAC/Refrigeration equipment/machinery.</li>\n <li>EPA Certification.</li>\n <li>Plan and specifications reading.</li>\n <li>Requires moderate to heavy lifting and carrying.</li>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude.</li>\n <li>Troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools.</li>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.</li>\n <li>Noisy environment.</li>\n <li>Light to heavy work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects from 20-100 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $24.28 - USD $32.44 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
