Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.</p>\n<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<h2>S<strong>eeking a Business Analyst to provide business and systems analysis in support of the retirement of the Client Assignment and Registration (CARE) system and migration of legacy components to future applications. This role requires a highly skilled communicator to serve as a project-focused technical business analyst translating complex business processes, screens, and data flows into clear, testable, traceable, and technically actionable requirements, building business process flow diagrams and visuals.</strong></h2>\n<h2><strong>This position will support the transition of CARE functions from a legacy mainframe environment into modern, modular, Medicaid Enterprise System-aligned solutions.  The CARE Program of IT projects includes several concurrent, coordinated workstreams.
