This role provides a great opportunity to learn and grow within our service department and beyond.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Testing and repairing equipment by travelling to the location of the customer</li><li>Providing troubleshooting as well performing installation of equipment</li><li>Attending to the needs of the customer whenever required</li><li>Performing the confirmation that the equipment is functional</li><li>Sometimes they have to provide telephone support to the customer in order to perform troubleshooting</li><li>Providing onsite services for individual as well as organizations</li><li>Ensuring that the equipment on which they have performed troubleshooting are in proper working condition</li><li>Other projects or duties as assigned by management</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES &amp; SKILLS REQUIRED:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferably, have a high School degree or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 2 years experience working on equipment &amp; working in refinery/petrochemical facilities</li><li>TWIC Card required</li><li>Must have ability to maintain safe, organized and clean working environment</li><li>Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time</li><li>Must be able to work independently, and in a team environment, to prioritize and accomplish assigned projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to stand, sit, and kneel for long periods of time in all weather conditions</li><li>Must be able to frequently lift 50+ lbs.</li></ul><p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">4 Horn Industrial is an Equal Opportunity company.&nbsp;</span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
