We are a Christian agency that believes in living our mission, we provide Christ-centered care and support to children and families in need.</p><p><br></p><p>In response to this community-wide challenge, Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS), now operates 12 programs in 39 locations, serving nearly 4,500 children and families each year, which provide children with permanent homes and adults with increased self-sufficiency. This is accomplished by the agency’s commitment to “The PCHAS Way” which inspires the agency to be strength-focused, family-centered, and goal driven with every client.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits of serving children and families in need through PCHAS include competitive salaries, flex work schedules, paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance options, voluntary life insurance options, paid holidays, and a very generous retirement plan (after one year of service and working 1,000 hours the agency matches an employee 200% up to a 3% retirement contribution).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Status:</strong> Non-exempt</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Working Conditions: </strong>Works in an office and community setting on a regular basis. May require prolonged standing and walking, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds. May be required to serve as after-hours, crisis on-call periodically throughout the month that may include weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong> &nbsp;Manages a predetermined caseload and responsible for the direct administration and implementation of Transitional Living services to youth residing in community scattered site housing. Present life skills curriculum and education in a one on one or group format. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that regular home and community visits are completed and documented per contract.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure safety of youth and environment per contract standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement approved programming and curriculums to meet contracted standard.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate therapeutic and community services as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist youth to develop a transition plan portfolio that includes all needed adult documentation, resources, and skills acquisition.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete all required intake, assessment and goal planning duties.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as after hours, crisis On-Call as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
