Our teams build scalable, secure platforms that enable seamless data exchange across the healthcare ecosystem while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n  <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;<br>\n   • Design, implement, and maintain FHIR R4 servers and APIs supporting payer-relevant resources and operations (CRUD, search, history, bulk data, subscriptions).&nbsp;<br>\n   • Define and manage FHIR profiles, extensions, value sets, and terminology bindings aligned with payer use cases.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Map and transform payer system data (membership, claims, benefits, authorizations) into FHIR-compliant formats.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Build Java 17 or more/ Spring Boot microservices using clean architecture and domain-driven design principles.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Develop and integrate RESTful and event-driven APIs using Kafka.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Implement HAPI FHIR frameworks for persistence, validation, and serialization.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Apply SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect for secure authentication and authorization.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI, including encryption, audit logging, and access controls.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Deploy and scale applications in Microsoft Azure using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).&nbsp;<br>\n   • Design resilient systems with retries, circuit breakers, idempotency, and DLQs.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Establish testing strategies (unit, integration, performance) and observability practices.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to architecture decisions.&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n  <p><strong>Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;<br>\n   • 5 years of professional Java development experience.&nbsp;<br>\n   • Strong expertise in Java 11&nbsp;
