Team members who choose virtual / remote work should have an adequate space to serve as their home office, and must be able to work a schedule within <strong><u>U.S.</u></strong><u> <strong>Central Standard Time core business hours</strong></u><strong>.</strong> This position will require employees to come on site to one of our St. Louis campus locations a few times per year for meetings/events or as needed. #LI-REMOTE</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member within the Workforce Technology team (WTT), responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and strategic insight across the teams/areas – including Workplace Technology Deployment, Logistics, Support, Governance, Contract Management, Performance Management and Business Management.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role serves as the financial backbone of WTT, translating operational performance into actionable financial intelligence that informs leadership decisions, strengthens vendor accountability, and drives cost-effective service delivery.    </p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p>Step into a role where your financial expertise directly shapes how EM strategies and our providers align and provide workplace technology cost across the groups.
