font-size: 14px;\">The Warehouse Supervisor is a hands-on position reporting to the Plant Manager who is responsible for leading all warehouse operations safely, accurately and on-time. &nbsp;This position leads by example maintaining a positive, team member empowered environment where beneficial changes to departmental operations, safety and process are understood and embraced. &nbsp;Multi-departmental communication (to HR, other Ops leaders and Sales) is necessary to address pain-points and contribute to solutions. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Position Duties and Responsibilities Included but not Limited to</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><ul type=\"square\"><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Be a resident expert in all warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory control). &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Create and use Leader Standard Work (LSW) for daily, weekly, monthly tasks.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ensure the execution of processes resulting in shipping finished goods safely, accurately and on-time to both internal and external customers.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Embrace a data driven approach to allocating resources and completing tasks.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Create and post weekly warehouse schedule. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Be a daily mentor to warehouse team members by encouraging good behaviors and coaching underperforming behaviors.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Lead warehouse huddles to communicate and discuss safety, quality, productivity expectations (KPI&rsquo;s), and general current events with warehouse staff.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Actively participate in weekly &ldquo;check-ins&rdquo; with Plant Manager to clearly communicate pain-points/success stories regarding KPI&rsquo;s, staffing, team member performance, interdepartmental/company concerns and continuous improvement opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Help create a safe working environment and supporting facility safety initiatives:<ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Understand and support facility HACCP plan.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assist with the creation and training of Job Instructions (JI) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assist (and sometimes lead) employee and food safety corrective action investigations.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Leads the communication effort for the warehouse:<ul type=\"circle\" style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Transportation regarding outbound delivery routes, vendor pickups, drayage, and Fortune product transfers.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Production regarding raw material inventory and pertinent incoming shipment information.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Sales regarding product outs, shorts/allocations, and other customer satisfaction considerations.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Purchasing concerning incoming PO issues, vendor pickups, and Fortune product transfers.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">HR regarding timeclock and general personnel discussions.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Maintenance/Sanitation ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse spaces and equipment.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Collaborate with other facility leaders embracing cross training opportunities.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Lead inventory control activities.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Participate and sometimes lead hiring/firing decisions.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Previous leadership experience preferred.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">2 or 4-year Degree preferred, but not required.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Basic understanding and ability to use MS Office Suite.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;
