Your Impact As an Account Executive, Small City, you’ll own the full sales cycle for law enforcement agencies with 16–40 sworn officers, managing a larger, more complex set of accounts while building trusted, long-term customer relationships. This is a quota-carrying role with significant commission upside, designed for sales professionals with proven closing experience who are ready to increase deal size, responsibility, and impact. Your work directly supports law enforcement agencies by helping them adopt Axon’s technology to protect officers, strengthen communities, and save lives. What You’ll Do Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid) This role is based out of our Scottsdale office with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
