Must represent the company and its customers in a professional manner. Maintain an acceptable level of productivity related to the amount of completed calls.</span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span>Primary Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform product deliveries in the NC/SC areas. </span></li>\n<li><span>Warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving, parts handling, etc. </span></li>\n<li><span>Perform installations, repairs and maintenance on commercial beverage and related equipment at our customers location.</span></li>\n<li><span>Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, troubleshooting and repair of beverage equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrate proper knowledge of equipment. Communicate with the supervisor when extra training may be needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.</span></li>\n<li><span>Comply with regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times while treating customers, driving company vehicles, etc. “Treat others how you would like to be treated”</span></li>\n<li><span>Fill out field service reports properly, legible and with as much information as possible. When eligible.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain frequent communication with the dispatcher to assure that the right information is relayed and entered into our system.</span></li>\n<li><span>Fulfill all new and existing training requirements as set by service managers and/or technician development directors.</span></li>\n<li><span>Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must be able to maintain a valid driver's license.</span></li>\n<li><span>Clean Driver Record </span></li>\n<li><span>Occasional Weekend Availability </span></li>\n<li><span>Must have some electrical troubleshooting knowledge.</span></li>\n<li><span>Be able to read volts, amps, ohms and continuity on multimeters.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have some plumbing knowledge.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must provide your own general tools. Specialty industry tools provided to the technician on loan by the company.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span>Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span>Work includes long distance driving. Occasionally lifting of machinery and/or items that may exceed 75 lbs.
