          "text": "<p>Must Haves:</p><p><span>excellent oral and written communication required.</span><br /></p><p><span>6+ months of loan processing experience is a huge asset&nbsp;</span><span>knowledge of mortgage &amp; home equity programs/process - either processing&nbsp;</span><span>loans or closing loans</span></p><p><span>proficient in MS - Excel, Word, Outlook</span><br /></p><p><span>must have customer service experience</span><br /></p><p><span>ideally has call center experience</span><br /></p><p><span>The Consumer Loan Processor I is the primary point of contact for the Customer&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>once the loan has been registered and completed by the Loan Officer.&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>Throughout the process the Processor I will utilize Commerce technology&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>systems to support the workflow of verifying and documenting the Customers&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>application information in accordance with our investor and or company&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>requirements. Conducts introductory calls to Customer within 24-48 hours upon&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>receipt of the loan from the Loan Officer. Manages and monitors pipeline to&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>ensure cycle times from loan application to funding are within required&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>standards. Performs weekly follow-up and pipeline review with Loan Officer to&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>discuss details of all loans in progress and to schedule closing dates.&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>Accountable for reviewing all documentation prior to submitting loan to&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>Underwriting for review to ensure that it meets investor guidelines.</span><br /></p><p><span>Ability to handle multiple tasks. Organizational skills. Must have a solid&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>understanding of mortgage and Home Equity programs and processes. Must&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines. Proficient in&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>MS Office and Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral&nbsp;</span><br /></p><p><span>communication skills. Attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
