    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span></p>\n<p>The Pipelines Manager for OML 30 is responsible for the end-to-end management of crude oil and gas pipeline systems connecting flow stations, manifolds, and export terminals (e.g., Trans Forcados Pipeline system or alternative evacuation routes). The role ensures asset integrity, flow assurance, production uptime, and security of pipeline infrastructure within a high-risk Niger Delta operating environment.</p>\n<p>This position plays a critical role in sustaining production evacuation, minimizing deferments, and managing stakeholder relationships across host communities and regulatory agencies.</p>\n<p>This position reports to the GM Production Operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Pipeline Operations &amp; Production Evacuation</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee crude oil evacuation from OML 30 flow stations to export systems (e.g., TFP or barging alternatives).</li>\n<li>Ensure uninterrupted pipeline operations to meet production targets.</li>\n<li>Monitor pressures, throughput, and system bottlenecks using SCADA and field data.</li>\n<li>Manage pipeline shutdowns, start-ups, and pigging schedules to optimize flow.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pipeline Integrity Management (Aging Assets Focus)</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute integrity programs for aging pipelines typical of OML 30 infrastructure.</li>\n<li>Conduct:\n<ul>\n<li>Inline inspections (ILI)</li>\n<li>Corrosion monitoring and control (CP systems)</li>\n<li>Ultrasonic testing and thickness measurements</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Maintain and update the Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS).</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security, Surveillance &amp; Loss Prevention (Critical Priority)</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement robust pipeline surveillance systems to combat:\n<ul>\n<li>Illegal bunkering</li>\n<li>Pipeline vandalism</li>\n<li>Sabotage</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Coordinate with:\n<ul>\n<li>Host community surveillance teams</li>\n<li>Government security agencies (NSCDC, Military JTF)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Develop early-warning and rapid-response mechanisms for pipeline breaches.</li>\n<li>Track and reduce production losses due to theft and leaks.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Alternative Evacuation &amp; Contingency Planning</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and optimize alternative crude evacuation strategies such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Barging operations</li>\n<li>Temporary storage solutions</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Develop contingency plans for frequent outages of export pipelines (e.g., TFP disruptions).</li>\n<li>Ensure minimal production deferment during export system downtimes.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Host Community Engagement</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Community Relations teams to maintain peaceful operations along pipeline ROWs.</li>\n<li>Support community surveillance programs and conflict resolution.</li>\n<li>Participate in stakeholder engagement to prevent disruptions.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Projects &amp; Rehabilitation</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead pipeline replacement, repair, and upgrade projects.</li>\n<li>Drive brownfield modifications to improve reliability and capacity.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Nigerian Content Development (NCDMB) requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HSSE &amp; Spill Management</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Enforce strict HSSE standards in pipeline operations.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with:\n<ul>\n<li>NUPRC regulations</li>\n<li>NOSDRA spill reporting and management requirements</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Lead oil spill response, containment, and remediation efforts.</li>\n<li>Conduct risk assessments (HAZOP/HAZID) for pipeline operations.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Regulatory Compliance</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with:\n<ul>\n<li>Petroleum Industry Act (PIA)</li>\n<li>NMDPRA and NUPRC requirements</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Prepare and submit operational reports, incident reports, and audit documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead pipeline engineers, operators, technicians, and surveillance teams.</li>\n<li>Build strong field execution capability across multiple locations in OML 30.</li>\n<li>Promote safety culture and operational discipline.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Budget &amp;
