The role requires experience with curb machine operations, ensuring quality workmanship in the placement and finishing of concrete curbs. Work includes reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, setting forms, pouring concrete, and applying finishing techniques to achieve required textures and durability.</p><p><br>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Includes, but is not limited to, the following; other duties may be assigned:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in setting curb pins and running string lines for accurate curb machine placement.</li><li><br></li><li>Demonstrated ability to shape and finish various curb types by hand.</li><li><br></li><li>Operate and maintain curb machines for efficient concrete placement.</li><li><br></li><li>Assist in placing and finishing concrete curbs to meet project specifications.</li><li><br></li><li>Work with rebar and reinforcement techniques as required for curb installation.</li><li><br></li><li>Ensure smooth and uniform curb finishes by handling burrs and rough edges.</li><li><br></li><li>Follow safety procedures and industry best practices to maintain a secure work environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
