    "description_html": "<p><b>CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant</b></p><p></p><p>We are looking for applicants who have their Certified Nursing Assistant or in a State recognized and approved training program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.</p><p>We are a looking to bring on to our team, CNA's who truly care about treating residents with respect and dignity, as well as other team members.</p><p><b>CNA Duties include:</b></p><ul><li>Observe and report any changes in resident's health status to Charge Nurse</li><li>Provide assistance with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care) according to plan of care</li><li>Document all care given and observations made while giving care</li><li>Bath, shave, trim, shampoo and comb hair for residents as instructed</li><li>Assist residents to and from chairs and into and out of bed, always using good body mechanics</li><li>Change positions of bedfast residents</li><li>Observe all infection control procedures as instructed</li><li>Meal Service</li><li>Ability to read and write English</li><li>Ability to bend, lift, squat, walking, grasping, ability to hear and respond to pages and call lights</li></ul><p><b>QMA- Qualified Medication Aide duties include:</b></p><ul><li>Use of good judgment in administering medications as ordered by the physician.</li><li>Display ability in observing and reporting drug reaction commonly suffered by residents.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge in using the appropriate drug references.</li><li>Display an awareness of cleanliness and proper maintenance of all medication carts/rooms and maintain a clean working environment.</li><li>Direct nursing assistants if applicable.</li><li>Perform other duties as described in the nursing assistant job description.</li><li>Attend required in-services.</li><li>Be alert to and safeguard the welfare of the residents.</li><li>Foster good relationships between employees, residents, families and physicians.</li><li>Every call light and alarm is yours to answer promptly and courteously. Consider each light an emergency until answered.</li><li>Clean working areas and utility rooms. Clean and store equipment properly and as scheduled.</li><li>Report and document any accident or incident involving a resident, employee or visitor immediately to your supervisor.</li><li>All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and/or designee</li></ul>",
