You will work on various projects and take ownership of the technical product delivery, including:<br>Product Ownership & Technical Direction<br>· Collaborate with business owners (THE CLIENT and Oivan) to clarify and finalize all technical aspects of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Change Requests (CRs) before they are assigned to development teams.<br>· Ensure that the technical direction aligns with the overall business goals and future scalability needs.<br>· Identify and manage technical risks and challenges that could impact delivery, performance, or long-term maintainability.<br>· Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical stakeholders.<br>Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership<br>· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.<br>· Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.<br>· Support Product Owners in defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the technical backlog, ensuring transparency and shared understanding.<br>· Balance priorities between technical debt, architecture improvements, and feature development.<br>Collaboration with Technical Teams<br>· Work closely with the Oivan development team and external technology partners to ensure full understanding of technical requirements and constraints.<br>· Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions as required.<br>· Facilitate technical decision-making to align teams on architecture and implementation strategies.<br>Product Delivery & Quality Assurance<br>· Ensure that all technical implementations meet defined acceptance criteria, security standards, and quality expectations.<br>· Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in resolving technical issues.<br>· Oversee deployment and release processes, ensuring smooth, reliable rollouts with minimal downtime.<br>· Validate that the technical delivery aligns with business objectives and customer needs.<br>Resource and Stakeholder Management<br>· Allocate resources effectively based on team capabilities and project needs.<br>· Coordinate closely with HR and project stakeholders to ensure availability of required resources.<br>· Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans."

      "value": "· 5+ years of experience in technical product ownership, technical project management, or related roles within the software development or IT service industry.<br>· Proven ability to lead Agile software development teams and deliver complex technical solutions.<br>· Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile practices, with the ability to coach and guide teams in their adoption.<br>· Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.<br>· Strong command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).<br>· Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools.<br>· Experience with API-based architectures, DevOps practices, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).<br>· Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, or similar programming frameworks is an advantage.<br>· Certification such as PMP, PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile credentials is an asset."
