You know that every client interaction is an opportunity to  better  meet their needs.  Yes, this means up-selling, but not in a pushy way. More in a “how else can I help you today?” way. You’ll work with clients through  multiple  channels to answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals, cross-sell, update files,  assist  with billing changes,  and  complete other service requests .  You’ll  be their go-to insurance expert,  providing  professional advice to  ensure  they  have  the protection they need. What  you’re  amazing at Building strong  client  relationships and collaborating with teammates from across our brokerage Using strong sales instincts and creating client-focused solutions  that   help  provide better protection  and value Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and staying organized while dealing with information/requests coming from  different sources Applying s trong listening and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail Staying positive and thriving under pressure Your qualifications You’ve worked  as an Account Manager  or CSR  at an insurance brokerage for  two or more years  and have deep knowledge of Personal Lines products.  You also have your RIBO licence.
