This role is responsible for deeply understanding the current environment-including the people, processes, and existing technology-to design and implement a digital roadmap that eliminates manual friction and maximizes efficiency. Roadmap Ownership: </span>Act as the central translator between senior leadership’s commercial goals and the frontline’s operational realities, maintaining a prioritized product backlog that balances technical debt with high-impact new features.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Digital Adoption &amp; Change Leadership: </span>Lead the cultural and technical transition by developing training programs, custom \"RAMS\" (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and user-friendly mobile worksheets that ensure high data quality and platform buy-in from engineers.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Systems Integration &amp;
