Digital Adoption & Change Leadership: Lead the cultural and technical transition by developing training programs, custom "RAMS" (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and user-friendly mobile worksheets that ensure high data quality and platform buy-in from engineers. Systems Integration & Data Integrity: Manage the "under-the-hood" health of the platform, overseeing API integrations with external ERP or accounting software and ensuring that reporting dashboards provide "single source of truth" accuracy for the business. Continuous Operational Optimization: Proactively analyze platform performance metrics—such as "wrench time," travel efficiency, and first-time fix rates—to iteratively refine processes and unlock the platform’s full ROI potential. Desirables: Certified Scrum Product Owner Lean or Six Sigma Degree Level Education (IT or Business) Benefits: 24 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) Company Car or Car Allowance Auto‑enrolment pension scheme On‑site parking Personal learning and development opportunities Living the Company Values: By embedding our companies core values and purpose into each role, ensures that every employee, regardless of their role or level, understands how their individual development and contributions align with our purpose of  ‘improving today for a better tomorrow’.
