    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ​Database Analyst/Programmer is expected to be able to accomplish the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Defines and oversees database organizations, standards, controls, procedures, and documentation.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides technical consulting in the definition, design, and creation of a data base environment.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advises applications development staff and users on data-based solutions to business problems, data architectures, data base management system facilities and capabilities, and the operation and tuning of data bases.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures economic and efficient availability of data within adequate safeguards.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Designs and implements databases with respect to access methods, access time, batch processes, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Uses data mapping, data mining, and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop databases.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Determines data storage and optimum storage requirements.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares system requirements, source analysis, and process analyses and design throughout the database implementation. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance</li>\n <li>BS, 5-7 years of relevant experience; MS, 3-5 years; PhD, 0-3 years</li>\n <li>One or more of the following DoD 8570/8140 certifications:\n  <ul>\n   <li>CompTIA Security+</li>\n   <li>CompTIA CySA+</li>\n   <li>SSCP</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300)</li>\n <li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)</li>\n <li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate</li>\n <li>AWS Certified Developer – Associate</li>\n <li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional</li>\n <li>AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty</li>\n <li>Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert</li>\n <li>Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)</li>\n <li>GIAC Secure Software Programmer (GSSP)</li>\n <li>Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) – RMF familiarity</li>\n <li>CISSP</li>\n <li>ITIL® 4 Foundation</li>\n <li>COBIT 2019 Foundation</li>\n <li>Other advanced industry infrastructure and cloud certifications as well as experience integrating databases with enterprise applications a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Senior Database Analyst/Programmer to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III).
