As part of the marketing team, they are an important facet of the company as they share their knowledge with clients about the range of products and services that we offer.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this great <strong>entry-level</strong> marketing and event planning position; excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are a must! An event representative is also expected to have a pleasant and outgoing personality, professional demeanor, and flexibility with regards to their time and schedule.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Must be available one day during the week Monday - Thursday both days over the weekend.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: $17.00/hr</strong><strong></strong></p>\n<p> #indihigh</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete training on all promotional systems as directed by supervisor</li>\n <li>Oversee setup/breakdown for events & promotions</li>\n <li>Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner</li>\n <li>Answer all customer inquiries</li>\n <li>Responsible for promotional inventory day of execution</li>\n <li>Record customer information within the program database</li>\n <li>Ensure that all items given to guests have been properly redeemed and accounted for on their players accounts using gaming system</li>\n <li>Assist and troubleshoot any issues guests may have at promotional kiosks during a promotion</li>\n <li>Give detailed report to supervisor on strengths and opportunities that took place during the event/promotion</li>\n <li>Ensure all marketing programs are successful from beginning to end</li>\n <li>Offer support and solutions to guests in accordance with the company's customer service policies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent customer service </li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal communication</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule </li>\n <li>Event Planning</li>\n <li>VIP services</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or five years equivalent in professional experience required.</li>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Entertainment based field preferred</li>\n <li>Upbeat & Positive Attitude</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lifting, pushing and carrying up to 20lbs.</li>\n <li>Infrequent bending/kneeling</li>\n <li>Frequent walking, standing and sitting.</li>\n <li>Climbing steps</li>\n <li>Travel required occasionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
