Your mandate is clear: compress the DTIM loop, reduce operator cognitive load, and ship a product that works when lives depend on it."

      "value": "<ul><li>Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the C-UAS C2 software suite, spanning sensor integration, automated threat classification, effector tasking, and battle damage assessment</li><li>Translate operational requirements from end-users, customers, and internal stakeholders into actionable software specifications, user stories, and feature definitions</li><li>Manage and prioritise the product backlog with a relentless focus on shortening engagement timelines and reducing decision burden on the operator</li><li>Define requirements for multi-sensor fusion (Radar, RF, EO/IR) and guide the productisation of AI/ML models for real-time threat classification at the edge</li><li>Shape STARK's open architecture strategy, driving compliance with military C2 standards including MOSA/SOSA, OMS/UCI, and Link 16 for seamless third-party integration</li><li>Serve as the primary voice of the user, conducting regular engagement with operators and customers to validate concepts and ensure product direction reflects real-world mission demands</li><li>Present roadmap, priorities, and trade-off decisions to both technical teams and executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence</li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li>5+ years of product management experience, with substantial exposure to defence, aerospace, or mission-critical enterprise C2 software</li><li>Demonstrable experience with sensor-to-effector or DTIM-aligned workflows in operational or near-operational environments</li><li>Working knowledge of military C2 standards and architectures, MOSA, SOSA, OMS/UCI, Link 16, and the hardware/software integration challenges they address</li><li>Hands-on experience defining requirements for and productising AI/ML capabilities, particularly for classification, fusion, or decision support applications</li><li>Proven ability to own a product roadmap from concept through delivery, including backlog management and prioritisation under resource constraints</li><li>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a national security clearance</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English. German or any other european language will be a plus. </li></ul>"
