      "text": "RESPONSIBILITIES",
      "content": "\n<li>The Journeyman should be a Plumber, Steamfitter, Pipe Fitter, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Fitter or&nbsp;Pipe Fitter Welder who has been engaged at the trade for at least five (5) years.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>The Journeyman will be responsible for performing journey-level mechanical duties in the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of gasoline, diesel, battery, and electric equipment.</li>\n<li>&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Break fix of all Electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, Hydronics, Appliances, Rollup doors, dock locks, air compressors, etc.)</li>\n<li>Spill and Leak Detection system inspections/repairs</li>\n<li>Hydronic rack cooling (Deschutes) maintenance and commissioning</li>\n<li>PMs on HVAC and Hydronic systems (Pumps, Strainers,Cooling Towers, etc.)</li>\n<li>Team scheduling and material requisition</li>\n<li>Contribute to site failure reporting (Equipment Status Log)</li>\n<li>Mechanical project support</li>\n<li>Clean In Place on heat exchangers&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Chiller tube inspections and cleaning</li>\n<li>Site plumbing maintenance/repair</li>\n<li>Eyewash stations/Shower maintenance</li>\n<li>Forklift maintenance</li>\n<li>Gas valve PMs</li>\n"
