Description
Your role
You’ll be part of the IT Engineering and Operations team in Berlin, in the Solutions Engineering part, to help design security across our tools and devices, provide local and remote support to the company employees in Berlin’s office, and in other countries remotely
You’ll follow our processes and implement new ones with documentation
You are ensuring that our infrastructure are working as expected and fix issues proactively where necessary
You’re improving workflows and processes and help to save costs and improve efficiency
You are ensuring the systems availability, security and compliance of our internal networks and collaborate with our sys admins on monitoring of hosted systems
You are analyzing and resolving malfunctions in operations
You’ll provide support via our ticketing system and by connecting to devices remotely, or by visiting users
You ensure that users are respecting all policies and are in compliance, or act to correct the issues by supporting them
You are helping in the design and implementation of our management tools, network, security and ticket management
You’ll work with Addigy (MDM tool), Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace,, Snipe-IT (Asset management), 1Password, Britella, Okta. Atlassian, and will help to maintain and improve these systems
You’ll help to work on bigger projects in the team
You are directly reporting to the IT Helpdesk Lead
Your profile
You have strong knowledge of macOS, Google Workspace, MDM, and Okta or similar
You are providing solutions and help to implement new things without disrupting the actual services
You are customer oriented and able to provide support with ITIL like methodology
You have experience with scripting
You have experience with MDM deployment tools (Addigy, JAMF, Intune)
You have at least 5 years of experience in this domain and deepen your skills through certifications and further education
You have the distinct ability to work in a team
You are fluent in English, german skills are a plus
You have a solution-oriented way of thinking and are working with a technical hands-on mentality
