Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.</p><p><br></p><p>As the Games Attendant, you are responsible for effectively serving customers and extending great customer service by providing information to help with gaming attractions, presenting order choices, and maintaining a fun competitive gaming experience by promoting a exciting, fun, and friendly atmosphere.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>EVERY DAY, YOU WILL</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure all guests are greeted in quick and friendly way</li><li>Greet customers with a smile and a welcoming attitude; maintain eye contact with the customer when speaking to them and acknowledge their requests or inquiries.</li><li>Suggest all attractions along with food and drink options.</li><li>Work closely with management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a fun gaming experience</li><li>Confirm all BEO’s and/reservations for the day with MOD</li><li>Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties</li><li>Detailed knowing and understanding menus and gaming attractions/</li><li>Maintains cleanliness standards in the entry way, front desk and gaming attractions, to keep a presentable and attractive facility for our guest</li><li>Receives proper payment from guest and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment to safeguard customer and company.</li><li>Completes all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing sidework as instructed.</li><li>Attends all pre-shift and departmental meetings in person to enhance communications and gain knowledge of products, service and facilities.</li><li>Respect all your co-workers and managers</li><li>Responds to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone by providing timely and knowledgeable information to provide quality customer service.</li><li>Always present a clean and professional appearance.</li><li>Have fun at work; leave baggage at the door; come to work with a positive attitude ready and willing to help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests</li></ul><p>GHG24</p>",
