At Ciocca Automotive Atlantic City, you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Prior auto parts sales experience preferred</li><li>Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li><li>Experience with Body Shop parts sales using Collision Link and CCC is a plus.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.</li><li>Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.</li><li>Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.</li><li>Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.</li><li>Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.</li><li>Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.</li></ul><p><u><strong>What we offer:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Hourly plus bonus pay</li><li>Full Time</li><li>PTO and holidays</li><li>401(K) retirement plan with company matching</li><li>The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision</li><li>Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family</li><li>Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, wash</li></ul><p>At Ciocca Automotive Atlantic City, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
