And our tuition reimbursement program is the perfect springboard to help you get there!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>So, what does a Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications do?</strong></p>\n<p>A Business Analyst bridges the gap between IT and business units, analyzing company-wide structures, processes, and technology to recommend improvements, implement strategies, and boost efficiency. They support the execution of enterprise software platforms and cross-functional technology initiatives.  They also translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, support data-driven projects, and leverage technology to meet strategic goals. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Requirement Gathering & Analysis:</strong> Collect, clarify, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable, high-quality documentation.</li>\n <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Study business functions to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies for enhancing operational efficiency.</li>\n <li><strong>Technology Implementation:</strong> Act as a liaison between business units and IT, assisting with the selection, development, and implementation of new technology, including AI/automation.</li>\n <li><strong>Data Analysis & Modeling:</strong> Utilize data modeling techniques to assess current company performance and create actionable, data-driven reports.</li>\n <li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment of goals.</li>\n <li><strong>Testing & Quality Control:</strong> Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct audits to ensure system improvements meet business needs.</li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain controls and compliance, especially data governance</li>\n <li>Support efforts to identify control improvements and advancements, provide recommendations and carry out implementation plans as required</li>\n <li>Be a change agent. Collaborate with employees across all departments to identify and mitigate risks to the adoption of new processes and systems</li>\n <li>Advise and support project teams to ensure that change management activities are incorporated into project plans and acted upon</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting Structure</strong></p>\n<p>VP of IT</p>\n<p>    ↓</p>\n<p>Manager – Enterprise Applications</p>\n<p>    ↓</p>\n<p>Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education:  </strong>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required</p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT-related roles</li>\n <li>Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar enterprise‑scale platforms is required.  Direct knowledge of Microsoft of D365 F&O is a plus</li>\n <li>A track record of supporting complex system implementations or upgrades is a plus</li>\n <li>Experience with ITSM systems like DevOps or Jira is a plus</li>\n <li>Project Management or related certifications is a plus (e.g., CAPM, CompTIA, PMP, CSM)</li>\n <li>Proficiency with SQL, relational database tools, data visualization software is a plus</li>\n <li>Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite is required</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to engage with senior leadership and cross functional teams</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>In a typical work setting, people in this job:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use hands/fingers to type and move office objects</li>\n <li>Sit for long periods of time</li>\n <li>Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them</li>\n <li>See details of objects that are less than a few feet away and far distances</li>\n <li>See differences between colors, shades, and brightness.</li>\n <li>Lift 20 pounds on occasion</li>\n <li>Kneel, stoop, crouch, bend, stretch, twist or crawl, on occasion</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Silvi Materials does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factors.</p>",
