Serve as a public awareness representativeand manage public and internal education relative to hospice services available and payor sources, especially the care connections program.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education and experience, essential</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy, or social work. </li>\n <li>Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice. </li>\n <li>Must have at least two years clinical experience.</li>\n <li>Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of a home health or hospice.</li>\n <li>Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education and experience, preferred</p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least three years clinical experience is preferred. </li>\n <li>Previous experience in and knowledge of home health and hopsice practices is strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer and market dynamics, as well as the requirements and best practices of transitional care within home health or hospice is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a valid state driver license</li>\n <li>Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law</li>\n <li>Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>\n<p><em>Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
