We believe in the value and unique worth of all individuals.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What we&rsquo;re looking for</strong>:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CCRN is seeking a <strong>Full time - Behavioral Health Technician&nbsp;</strong>to join our caring and compassionate team in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will have the privilege of providing community-based behavioral support to a unique group of individuals across all settings in <strong>Chester County, PA.&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Provide clinical support to their assigned client as prescribed in the Written Order</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Maintain a good working relationship with the teacher and work under the direction of that teacher.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Consult with their BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis for up to 8 hours per month.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Assist the BCBA in developing a treatment plan and then implement the behavioral strategies outlined. Determined target behaviors will be tracked and documented daily, along with the replacement behaviors demonstrated by the student.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Must be able to provide a written summary of the day&rsquo;s events, including PCA interventions, outbursts of behaviors displayed, etc. This summary must be documented clinically in the PCA Services Daily Log. These logs must be signed by the student&rsquo;s teacher and/or designee by the end of the week. Documentation must be thorough and meet the standards set by the Director of Clinical Services and/or the Director of Educational Services.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Maintain compliance with all aspects of the student&#39;s IEP at all times, including billing/documenting no more than 6.5 hrs daily (390 minutes) unless the student&rsquo;s school district has approved additional time.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Must be able to submit all required paperwork by Monday at 9:00 AM of the following week, each week, once it has been completed and signed by the student&rsquo;s teacher and/or designee.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Attend all mandatory meetings.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Check work email at the beginning and end of each shift.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Participate in and complete all required trainings.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Use ADP to clock in and out for each shift (including lunch) daily.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Respond to supervisors&rsquo; contacts (text, phone call, or email) within 24 hours.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Other duties as assigned</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Credentialing Requirements:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">By January 1, 2021, individuals who provide individual services through</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BHT services shall meet one of the following:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a certification as a BCaBA.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a certification as an RBT.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a certification as a BCAT.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification from an</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">or the American National Standards Institute.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List, as evidenced by a</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BCBA or BCaBA.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">health services.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a Behavioral Health related field and three (3) years of direct care experience OR Certified Registered Behavioral Technician</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Have a certification as a BCAT.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Get:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&bull; Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>Flexible Schedule</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong data-pasted=\"true\">&bull; Contract: </strong>Independent Contractor</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&bull; Hourly Rate Range:&nbsp;</strong>$21 - $24</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Disclaimers:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>The Chester County Respite Network (CCRN) aspires to create an organization that places value on collaboration, innovation, creativity, and inclusivity.
