As a key member of the Finance team, you will drive initiatives to identify high-impact business opportunities and deliver enhanced insights to support leadership and the Board.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage our financial models, including monthly reporting and analyses to provide clear context on historical results and guidance on future forecasts and variances to expectations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform advanced compilation, analysis, and reporting of data through best-in-class dashboards; deliver proactive insights and recommendations on data trends to inform decision making and execution on financial goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own monthly budget vs. actuals analysis and variable operating expenses forecasting and tracking to identify variance drivers; communicate insights to leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own finance business partnership across key channels (Ecomm, Wholesale, B2B) and functions (Product, Sourcing, Operations)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with key stakeholders in Accounting, Planning, Marketing, and Sales, among others, to drive key business initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Implement data reporting systems to boost the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance department. This will minimize non-value-added manual tasks and deliver superior financial planning and reporting for the organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to streamline workflows, accelerate insights, and reduce manual financial processes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Who You Are:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You’re a curious, creative, and analytical thinker who is passionate about making an impact on a fast-moving, agile, and people-centric company. Our ideal candidate is a curious problem-solver, deeply analytical, flexible, and adaptable.
