The NPI / Product Eng will be responsible for new product introduction, manufacture processes, product documentation, tech aspects, tooling, support test equipment and automation for both new and existing products. In addition, the engineer will support sustain manufacture products and activities.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support Operations in multi-disciplinary projects, component sourcing, and engineering documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide engineering support to Zutacore production lines &amp; CMs .</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and manage the introduction of new products ( NPI ) into manufacturing environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and execute project plans for NPI activities, ensuring alignment with product development timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for building and managing Product/Production file, Product documentation, BOM, jigs/tools/Fixtures design, DFX’s, production needs and troubleshooting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for conducting product ECO process including implementation and configuration control.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote cost reduction and second source projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaboration with other teams such Quality, Planning, Mechanical R&amp;D, etc. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>•    Team player and highly motivated<br>•    BSc in Mechanical Engineering, a must.<br>•    Minimum 5 years industry experience.<br>•    Experience with CAD software, a must.<br>•    Experience with Solidworks Enterprise PDM and Priority ERP, an advantage.<br>•    Experience in manufacturing and/or multidisciplinary systems, an advantage.<br>•    Good writing, reading, and verbal skills in English<br></p>",
