Lifting is required, however lifting and carrying of weights exceeding 50 is to be accomplished with assistance from one or more persons.</li>\n <li>Position requires a minimum score of 70% in the following categories of the maintenance technician test (Electrical, Plumbing, Make Ready, Grounds).</li>\n <li>Position requires at least 1 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent education and/or demonstration of skill.</li>\n <li>EPA Type II or Greater are preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Weekly schedule may change as required. Must be needed for occasional on-call emergencies and weekend work.</li>\n <li>Must enjoy outdoor work year-round.</li>\n <li>Must have a working smartphone suitable for use with various software applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $18.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.",
