    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure facility compliance with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, ASTM, and customer-specific standards.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and forms.</li>\n <li>Manage calibration and gauge R&amp;R programs for monitoring and measuring equipment.</li>\n <li>Lead internal audits, process audits, and support third-party or customer audits.</li>\n <li>Analyze quality data, perform trend analysis on NCRs and CPARs, and report on metrics such as scrap, rework, and customer escapes.</li>\n <li>Investigate product and process nonconformities, issue corrective and preventive actions, and validate effectiveness.</li>\n <li>Develop inspection methods for receiving, in-process, and final product checks.</li>\n <li>Support training initiatives, maintain training records, and uphold training matrix accuracy.</li>\n <li>Participate in Management of Change (MOC) and Risk Assessment activities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with operations, engineering, and suppliers for continuous improvement and cost reduction.</li>\n <li>Assist with annual Management Reviews and strategic quality planning.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Up to 10% domestic travel may be required for audits, inspections, or training.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be physically present in manufacturing areas for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of QMS principles, ISO 9001:2015, and API Q1 standards.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Statistical Quality Control (SQC), and quality tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications with tight tolerances.</li>\n <li>Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of inspection techniques and process control strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s Degree required; Bachelors Degree is preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience is strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>A minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory or Managerial experience is required.</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.</li>\n <li>Strong mathematical aptitude required.</li>\n <li>Experience in ISO, API, ASME, or similar certified environments preferred.</li>\n <li>Training in ISO 9001 is a plus.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Veteran's Welcome</strong></p>\n<p>At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
