This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers and community partners, delivering engaging in-person and virtual trainings, and driving program performance aligned with state highway safety priorities.</span><br><br><span style=\"line-height:107%;\">While the Our Driving Concern program is established and currently operating in multiple states, this role supports its expansion into Florida and will focus heavily on building employer participation from the ground up. The Program Manager will play a key role in establishing partnerships, expanding outreach, and growing program adoption throughout the state.</span><br><br><span style=\"line-height:107%;\">The position is highly external-facing and requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to confidently engage employers and stakeholders. Success in this role is driven by the ability to proactively identify opportunities, build relationships, and consistently drive outreach and training activity to achieve program goals.</span><br><br><span style=\"line-height:107%;\">The Program Manager works in close coordination with a Program Coordinator, who supports grant administration and compliance processes, while the Program Manager provides the programmatic input and execution needed to meet performance goals.
