This role involves supporting excavation and site development projects, with a focus on grading, trenching, and general site preparation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in excavation work, a solid understanding of grading practices, and some experience operating heavy equipment. Familiarity with installing and working around electrical conduit is highly preferred.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling operations</li>\n<li>Perform site preparation, including clearing, digging, and material handling</li>\n<li>Read grade stakes, interpret site plans, and maintain proper elevations</li>\n<li>Operate or assist in operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, or loaders</li>\n<li>Support installation of underground utilities, including electrical conduit</li>\n<li>Ensure trenches and work areas are safe and compliant with OSHA standards</li>\n<li>Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment</li>\n<li>Perform general labor duties as needed to support crew and project timelines</li>\n<li>Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures and company policies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1–3+ years of experience in excavation or site work</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of grading, elevations, and site layout</li>\n<li>Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, excavator, etc.) preferred</li>\n<li>Experience working with or around electrical conduit strongly preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a plus</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment</li>\n<li>Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outdoor construction sites with exposure to varying weather conditions</li>\n<li>Physically demanding work, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience</li>\n<li>Opportunities for overtime</li>\n<li>Benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.)</li>\n<li>401k with Company Match</li>\n<li>ESOP: Employee Owned Company</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, with potential for overtime and occasional weekend work depending on project needs</li>\n</ul>",
