    "description_html": "<p>Develop 3D models of custom designed enclosures. &nbsp;Develop job components and assembly prints for custom manufactured enclosures. &nbsp;Work closely with Structural/Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers during the product design phase. &nbsp;Enter part information into BOM for material ordering.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities/Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review all applicable documentation and company procedural manuals to determine critical dimensions of design.</li><li>Prepare drawings from engineering specifications and calculations, using 3D modeling software for review and approval by engineers and customers.</li><li>Confer with engineers to interpret design concepts, and determine design modifications needed.</li><li>Work with manufacturing staff to interpret designs, answer questions, and make changes as needed.</li><li>Communicate with internal and external customers effectively as needed for interpretation/clarification of drawings and specifications.</li><li>Communicate effectively with outside vendors on material and service requirements for each project.</li><li>Develop a Bill of Materials, for the designs, and input into the ERP system.</li><li>Perform additional duties as requested.</li></ul><p><strong>Educational Requirements/Degree(s)</strong></p><ul><li>Associate Degree in Engineering or CAD preferred or equivalent drafting experience.</li><li>Formal training in AutoCad and SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements/Knowledge and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience designing structural and steel products.</li><li>Exceptional computer skills.</li><li>5 years' experience using Computer Aided Design software.</li><li>2 years' experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D solid modeling software.</li><li>Strong math skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, technical and non-technical.</li><li>Ability to work independently toward goals and established deadlines.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable to needs of engineering, customers, and plant personnel.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of his/her own work.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Works in both a professional office environment and a manufacturing/production floor environment.</li><li>Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the facility.</li><li>Regular interaction with production employees and operations personnel on the manufacturing floor.</li><li>May be exposed to varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, dust, moving machinery, and forklift traffic while on the production floor.</li><li>Must follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering production areas.</li><li>Occasional bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting of office materials or supplies up to 20 pounds.</li><li>May require occasional flexibility in schedule based on business or production needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Hours</strong></p><p>8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Health Insurance</p><p>Dental Insurance</p><p>Vision Insurance</p><p>401K Plan with Company Match</p><p>Paid Time Off</p><p>Nine (9) Paid Holidays</p><p>Flexible scheduling</p><p>Consistent Overtime</p><p>No Travel Required</p><p>On-The-Job Training</p><p>Advancement Opportunities</p><p>Health Savings Account (HSA)</p><p>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</p><p>Employee Assistance Program</p><p>Disability Insurance</p><p>Life Insurance</p>",
