    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Guest Experience Host - The Cairn</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Permanent - 36.25 hours over 5 days.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Gordon &amp; MacPhail, a fourth-generation family-owned premium spirits company based in Elgin, Scotland. Renowned as a Scotch whisky maturation expert, the business also owns Scotch whisky distillery, Benromach, on the outskirts of Forres, and The Cairn Distillery near Grantown-on-Spey.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Experience Host to join our Cairn Distillery. This role is to work as part of a highly motivated team to deliver a world class tour experience and outstanding levels of customer service to visitors, trade, press and guests of the company.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To assist and advise retail shopping experience for all visitors to complement and enhance their overall experience at The Cairn Visitor Centre.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The successful candidate will ideally have:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A knowledge or interest in the whisky industry.</li>\n<li>Previous tour hosting experience and knowledge on whisky production is an advantage; however full training will be provided.</li>\n<li>Experience working in tourism/hospitality.</li>\n<li>Experience in a customer facing role is essential.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of a foreign language would be beneficial.</li>\n<li>A willingness to go the extra mile to provide an excellent customer service.</li>\n<li>The ability to work well in a team and on your own.</li>\n<li>The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work across all areas of the visitor experience.</li>\n<li>Must be over the age of 18.
