JETS MRO is on a mission to build a people-first company through financial transparency, profit sharing, competitive pay and highly subsidized family benefits in a new state of the art facility. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Company Vision: Professionalize the business and military jet maintenance market.</span></p>\n<p><span>Company Mission: Putting our people first in the MRO industry where safety, efficiency, and customer loyalty converge to create a seamless MRO experience. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Schedule: </span></p>\n<p><span>Weekday: Monday-Thursday: 5:30AM-4PM</span></p>\n<p><span>Weekend: Thursday-Sunday: 5:30AM-4PM</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Job Role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform thorough inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on aircraft engines, systems, and components, following industry best practices and company guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span>Diagnose mechanical, structural, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and use your expert knowledge to formulate effective repair solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks that encompass lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, and replacement of worn-out parts to keep our aircraft in tip-top shape.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with a diverse team of mechanics, technicians, and engineers to identify and address complex aircraft issues.</span></li>\n<li><span>Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to analyze and resolve technical problems efficiently.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation, including work performed, parts used, and inspection results, in compliance with regulatory and company policies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety procedures, taking part in professional development activities and training programs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Foster a culture of safety by adhering to established safety protocols and promoting awareness among team members.</span></li>\n<li><span>Shipping and receiving duties as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide inventory management support.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Essential Functions and Competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to be on-site full time.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to attend required business meetings - in person, or video call in, as coordinated.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work with a team and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment with a demonstrated record of achievement. </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellence in business communications including written and verbal. </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>A high level of professionalism and integrity, highly organized, works well under pressure and balances multiple priorities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Applications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for aviation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to travel on behalf of the company (acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license and car insurance, and ability to travel by air).</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, with prior notice, until additional shifts are filled.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Required Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must have Bombardier Challenger, Learjet, or Citation Jet experience</span></li>\n<li><span>High school diploma or equivalent required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Completion of an accredited aviation maintenance technician program required.</span></li>\n<li><span>A valid Aircraft Mechanic License is required.</span></li>\n<li><span>3+ years of aviation technician experience-military or civilian required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, ideally working on a variety of aircraft models required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Bombardier and Textron Business jet experience required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with aircraft systems, including avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and powerplant required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience following technical manuals and procedures accurately required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience using electronic maintenance tracking programs required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in an aircraft hangar which at times may be hot, cold, dusty, or loud.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Why JETS MRO?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Facilities:</span></p>\n<p><span>Our new expansion has allowed us to enhance our capabilities and broaden our reach, creating new avenues for professional growth.
