    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">The Casino Host directly represents the Casino Queen on the floor, with players. &nbsp;The Floor host is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with patrons and promoting the gaming experience at the Casino Queen. &nbsp; The Casino Host is to be responsive to the needs of the patrons in a timely, friendly, and efficient , manner.</span></p><p><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</u></p><ul><li>Develop and nurture working relationships with players to provide a high level of customer service using a variety of methods</li><li>Build and maintain player loyalty through frequent communication and handling player requests as appropriate</li><li>Ensure player satisfaction by collaborating with Casino departments to meet player needs</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other team members on methods of promoting the gaming experience to target players</li><li>Ensure the confidentiality and security of player information, player accounts, and Company proprietary information.</li><li>Coordinate and represent the Company at external functions and special events as directed</li><li>Act as guest service liaison, handle guest opportunities, and resolve situations as necessary</li><li>Strive to exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding customer service</li><li>Accept Credit Applications from patrons to be processed in the Cage &amp; Credit Department</li><li>Must be able to perform mathematical calculations and apply them to practical situations</li><li>Ensure all departmental documents are accurate, legible and complete, Manage guest database and build reports as needed</li><li>Learn and implement all rules, laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the Player Development department</li><li>Learn and implement all rules, laws, regulations, and Internal Controls for DraftKings at Casino Queen</li><li>Must be able to apply knowledge gained from training, education, and work exper,ience</li><li>Must be friendly and courteous at all times</li><li>Must be able to apply customer service standards as directed</li><li>Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by the Shift Manager</li><li>Other duties as assigned &nbsp; \\</li></ul><p><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>Previous work experience</li><li>Previous casino experience is preferred</li><li>Ability to work fast and meet deadlines</li><li>Computer skills in Word and Excel</li><li>Able to effectively communicate verbally and written in English</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming License</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>\n    </div>\n  </div></div>\n",
