This role involves contributing to exceptional customer experience, delivering on schedule, and upholding Minto’s core values. It includes&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;deficiencies, assessing, and completing repairs&nbsp;in a timely manner.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Here’s how you’ll contribute&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Customer Experience &amp; Communication:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Engage with homeowners professionally to provide a positive service experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Clearly explain repair processes and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Seek opportunities to exceed homeowner expectations during service visits.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Warranty Repairs &amp; Inspections:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Assess, document, and complete warranty-related repairs promptly.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform finishing carpentry, drywall repairs, insulation, and general construction fixes.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct both interior and exterior repairs, including:&nbsp;</li><li>Interior: Windows, doors, frames, baseboards, wood flooring, carpets, tiles, grout, cabinetry, drywall, and painting.&nbsp;</li><li>Exterior: Roofing, decking, foundation walls, siding, brickwork, and waterproofing.&nbsp;</li><li>Install bathroom accessories and conduct minor electrical and plumbing fixture repairs as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after service visits.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Operational Excellence:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Use&nbsp;Newstar&nbsp;Web software to track work orders and document daily notes.&nbsp;</li><li>Report completed and outstanding warranty items to the Warranty Manager/Coordinator.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify&nbsp;and escalate quality concerns or recurring workmanship issues.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What you bring to the team</strong></p><p>Here’s what will help you stand out.
