From gorgeous, wood-beam bed frames to plush, hand-dyed blankets, each of our 142 rooms and suites embraces Vermont&rsquo;s signature style.</p><p><strong>One of the most beloved spas in New England, The Spa at the Woodstock Inn &amp; Resort, is seeking a Spa Front Desk Attendant to join the team.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Spa Front Desk Attendant will make spa reservations, check guests in and out, and create a memorable experience for our guests. Will be responsible for stocking and selling retail products to spa guests, maintain organization and cleanliness of desk and spa lobby.</p><p><strong>Job Specifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Expected Pay Range:&nbsp;starting $20.00 per hour plus service charge<ul><li><em>The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate&rsquo;s qualifications and/or experience.</em></li></ul></li><li>Shift &amp; Schedule Availability: Full-time year round</li><li>Weekends and holidays when needed &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Read and answer spa e-mails daily as applicable. Professionalism regarding tone and free from grammatical errors is expected.&nbsp;</li><li>Send out notes to guests, gather experience bags, as applicable and other communication to the guest is expected to be professional and free from grammatical errors.</li><li>Return phone calls from the spa mailbox in a timely manner or as assigned by a manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain the organization of all collateral located at the spa desk including but not limited to Spa Menus, price list and room service menus.</li><li>Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs, and respond to guest inquiries and comments.</li><li>Knowledge of Spa Software to accurately schedule spa treatments.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Previous spa experience</li><li>Excellent verbal and written skills</li><li>Must possess excellent customer service skills, be efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.&nbsp;</li><li>Phone etiquette &amp; computer skills are necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to maintain our guest service standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. &nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 18 years of age.</li><li>Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>We offer great resort privileges, discounts, and free employee meal to all employees.</p><p>This is a full-time, year-round position offering a competitive benefits package, after an initial waiting period that includes * Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, *Employer Paid: Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability* Paid Time Off, * 401k Retirement Plan with Employer match.</p><p>Our success is the direct result of dynamic, dedicated people with a passion for hospitality who enjoy being part of a devoted, hard-working team.
