The role involves leading the development and delivery of scalable Web, Mobile, SaaS, and Cloud products using Agile methodology. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for users, passionate about digital customer journeys, and experienced in managing product teams of 10–15+ members. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX, and R&amp;D leadership to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of technology and user experience.</p><p><strong>What We Expect From You</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Lead one or multiple products/applications as Product Owner.</li><li>Plan program increments with cross-team collaboration, managing dependencies and risks.</li><li>Own and maintain product roadmap, backlog, and release readiness.</li><li>Participate in Scrum ceremonies, translate requirements into user stories, and define acceptance criteria.</li><li>Work closely with developers, architects, DevOps, and UX teams to ensure clean design and best practices.</li><li>Negotiate priorities with business stakeholders and communicate product status effectively.</li><li>Ensure product features are ready before client demonstrations.</li><li><strong>Ideate, conceptualize, design, and drive implementation of product features.</strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Should Bring</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>8–12 years of experience as Product Owner/BA in Agile environments.</strong></li><li>Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile tools <strong>(JIRA, Confluence, Azure Boards).</strong></li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and analytics tools <strong>(Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).</strong></li><li>Technical background in software/web technologies with user-centered design expertise.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Experience working with global clients and education domain products (Unit4, Thesis, EventMap, Moodle, Zoho).</li><li>Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MBA or equivalent.</li><li>Creative, innovative mindset with passion for intuitive user experience.</li></ul>",
