The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in infant care, with the ability to support the transition from the newborn stage into infancy with ease, offering guidance while also respecting the family’s preferences and parenting style.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities will include full child-related care such as feeding, diapering, soothing, and maintaining consistent sleep routines, along with engaging the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities as they grow. Additional support will include nursery organization, baby-related laundry, light meal preparation, and maintaining a tidy, well-functioning environment. The nanny should be collaborative, communicative, and confident in taking initiative while working alongside hands-on parents.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The schedule will be full-time, with general daytime hours and flexibility as needed.
