The Role As the Complex Director of Sales, you will lead the sales and revenue-generating efforts for both the Homewood Suites and Fairfield Inn in Carle Place, NY (Long Island Area). You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster client relationships, and maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall hotel revenue. Working closely with property leadership and regional partners, you will drive market share growth while maintaining exceptional customer service and brand standards.
