Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct FEA simulations and integrate outcomes into AI/ML model development.</li>\n <li>Verify, validate, and extract data from simulation studies.</li>\n <li>Perform data analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering.</li>\n <li>Execute parametric optimization using simulation and data-driven approaches.</li>\n <li>Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance simulation accuracy and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with CAD Designers, FEA Analysts, and IT teams to ensure smooth data integration and toolchain development.</li>\n <li><strong>Fresh graduates</strong> or candidates with <strong>1–2 years of experience</strong> in <strong>Finite Element/ Structural Analysis (FEA)</strong>, preferably with <strong>AI/ML skills</strong>.</li>\n <li>Strong background in <strong>Mechanical Vibrations, Solid Mechanics, Statics and Dynamics and Numerical Methods</strong>.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in any scripting language like <strong>Python and e</strong>xposure to data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and automation scripting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional desirable skills: Executed machine learning projects in mechanical/structural domain. Created automation tools. Executed FEA projects</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering.Familiar with theoretical background in Solid Mechanics, Finite Element Methods, and numerical methods. Working knowledge of scripting and programming tools, such as Pyhton or Excel VBA. Familiarity with ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS APDL, LS-DYNA, ALTAIR HYPERMESH, nCode, FE Safe or similar simulation tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to independently manage and execute projects with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Strong command of Solid Mechanics, Mechanical Vibrations, Programming concepts.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in global environments.</li>\n <li>Aptitude for learning emerging technologies and applying them effectively.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to automate workflows and identify process improvements.</li>\n <li>Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>\n <li><strong>ME/M.S/M.Tech</strong> or above in: Mechanical/Aerospace/Structural/ Machine Design/ Applied Mechanics Engineering or related field</li>\n <li>Preferably from IITs, NITs or reputed institutions</li>\n</ul>",
