For the first 12–24 months, your primary focus will be the end-to-end implementation and optimization of our <strong>Labor Management System (LMS)</strong> and the rollout of <strong>Engineered Labor Standards (ELS)</strong> across our facilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Position Details</h2>\n<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\n<p>At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face interactions that foster our culture of learning, creativity, and teamwork. The role is based at our Adairsville, GA facility. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>LMS Deployment:</strong> Lead the configuration, testing, and enterprise-wide rollout of Labor Management System software.</li>\n <li><strong>Standards Implementation:</strong> Partner with Industrial Engineers to validate and implement multi-variable Engineered Labor Standards.</li>\n <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Drive onsite adoption by training operations leadership and front-line staff on new performance metrics and system workflows.</li>\n <li><strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS software vendors and external engineering consultants.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field\n  <ul>\n   <li><em>Equivalent work experience will be considered.</em></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>3+ Years of experience</li>\n <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Tego) and project management software.</li>\n <li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for operational teams.</li>\n <li><strong>Certification:</strong> PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Environmental Factors:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.</li>\n <li>Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.</li>\n <li>Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.</li>\n <li>Moderate warehouse noise level.</li>\n <li>Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.</li>\n <li>Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments).</li>\n <li>Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees.</li>\n <li>The ability to walk long distances</li>\n <li>The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day</li>\n <li>The ability to either stand for long periods of time</li>\n <li>The ability to remain in a stationary position, often sanding for prolonged periods of times</li>\n <li>Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another</li>\n <li>Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Duluth Fulfillment Center Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Our pursuit of a better way isn't just about our products—it's about our people too.
