This position is responsible for receiving and dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls, monitoring security systems, coordinating responses to incidents, and acting as a liaison with internal teams and external emergency services. font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Dispatch security personnel and guards to respond to alarms, incidents, and service requests.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Monitor CCTV systems to detect, document, and report security incidents or suspicious activity.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Conduct regular CCTV audits to ensure system functionality, compliance, and coverage.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Monitor alarms and security events using the OnGuard system and initiate appropriate response protocols.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Perform access control duties, including managing credentials, monitoring access points, and logging commercial vehicle entries.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation in accordance with company policies.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;
